Wholesale Terms and Policies

 

WHOLESALE TERMS AND POLICIES

WHOLESALE POLICIES:

SETTLEWELL stockists are not permitted to sell SETTLEWELL products through any online outlet (with the exception of your own shop website). This includes amazon.com, eBay, and any other online marketplaces.

Any alterations and/or obstructions to product labels or branding material are strictly prohibited.

Pricing, shipping information, and specials on SETTLEWELL.COM do not apply to wholesale orders.

Stockists are required to check invoices upon receipt to make sure shipping address and all order details are correct. Please notify us of any changes before paying for your order.

Accepted payment methods for wholesale orders include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and check. All payments must clear before shipment is released.

The opening order minimum is $250, and the reorder minimum is $150. Note: to qualify for the reorder minimum, stockists must place regular orders (at least two times per year).

Shipping:

Orders will be shipped via FedEx or USPS. All wholesale orders are subject to shipping charges following review and processing. Shipping costs will be sent as a second invoice once the order is complete, packed and ready to ship. Shipping Charges will need to be paid in full prior to shipment.

The customer is responsible for all merchandise shipping and handling expenses, which may include customs clearance. import fees. and local taxes.

The customer must notify SETTLEWELL of any claimed shipping error or product damage within 10 business days of receiving merchandise. Please be sure to provide photos of any damage for verification, and save all packaging cartons and materials for shipping claims.

 

RETURN POLICY:

SETTLEWELL does not accept returns, unless an item arrives damaged. If you receive damaged goods, please let us know within 10 business days of receipt and we'll replace the damaged item as quickly as possible.

Current stock items may be exchanged provided they are in unopened and new/perfect condition. If you choose to make an exchange, you'll be responsible for shipping the items back to our Studio in Long Beach, CA. and will be responsible for packing them to make sure they arrive safely.
