Shipping and Returns
Settlewell information concerning shipping and returns.
SHIPPING
Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, unless otherwise specified in the product description. Many of the items in our shop are made to order and due to the temperamental nature of concrete, weather variations in Los Angeles can sometimes slow cure times. We will always do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as we are able. If you need an item to be expedited please email us laura@settlewell.com and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate your request!
RETURNS
We do not accept returns unless product is damaged in transit. Please verify size, color and quantity before placing your order. The customer must notify SETTLEWELL of any claimed shipping error or product damage within 10 business days of receiving merchandise. Please be sure to provide photos of any damage for verification, and save all packaging cartons and materials for shipping claims.
